About

Mission

The mission of the Moore County Community Band is to foster and promote the great American tradition of military and concert band music. As a 501(c)(3) volunteer organization, we are dedicated to enriching the cultural landscape of Moore County by providing four high-quality, FREE, and accessible public concerts annually since 1981. We strive to inspire our community, celebrate our shared heritage, and provide local volunteer musicians with a supportive environment for lifelong musical expression.
